CANCELLATION, MODIFICATION AND REFUND POLICY INFORMATION

REFUND POLICY

  • All SALES ARE FINAL, we always make sure that inflated balloons meet high-quality Standards. We guarantee that helium balloons last for 48 hours, 24 hours or 12 hours. Please check product description, we always mention balloon floating time.
  • Please note that we are not liable for punctures caused by you once you are in possession of balloons and/or accessories.
  • If product is defective (Broken Item), please let us know immediately (24 hours after getting your order). A store credit will be given.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We set aside time to create your order. When we do that, we don't book orders for anyone else in that time slot.

  • You can e-mail us at: Info@ballonhelium.ca to cancel your order 48 hours before the requested delivery or pick-up date and time. Please have your invoice number available. A store credit will be given. There will be no refund.
  • However, if you cancel your order less than 48 hours before the requested delivery or pick-up date and time a 15% restocking fee will apply on total paid amount and the balance will be given as a store credit. Exclusions apply on personalized balloon order or any special balloon order.
  • Since balloons are filled with helium and all balloon orders and bouquets are customized upon your request, prep work has been done to fulfill your order:
    • Canceling an order, the day of delivery/pick-up will acquire a 15% to 100% total order value depending on how many balloons have been filled. The balance if applicable will be given as a store credit.

MODIFICATIONS POLICY

YOUR MODIFICATION:

  • You can e-mail us at: Info@ballonhelium.ca to MODIFY your order 48 hours before the requested delivery or pick-up date and time. Please have your invoice number available. A store credit will be given for the difference if it is lower than the value of the original order. If it is higher, you pay the balance.
  • No modification will be accepted the day of delivery/pick-up.
  • In case you need to switch delivery to pick-up 48 hours before your order date and time. A store credit will be given. Please e-mail us at: Info@ballonhelium.ca and have your invoice number available. No modification will be accepted the day of delivery/pick-up.
  • In case you need to switch pick-up to delivery 48 hours before your order date and time. Please e-mail us at: Info@ballonhelium.ca and have your invoice number available. Delivery will be calculated and communicated to you. No modification will be accepted the day of delivery/pick-up.

RESCHEDULE YOUR ORDER:

  • You can e-mail us at: Info@ballonhelium.ca to RESCHEDULE your order 48 hours before the requested delivery or pick-up date and time. Please have your invoice number available as well as the new details. In case you need to change delivery location, delivery rate will be recalculated.

OUR MODIFICATION:

We always try to provide customers the balloon design as it is shown on the website, with a minimum of substitution. Should we need to substitute, we will replace the balloon with as close to the specific balloon of equal or higher value.
